Disrupting Suicide in Youth and Young Adults
At Jalen's HOPE, we are dedicated to disrupting suicide by helping young people Heal, Overcome Obstacles, Pursue Purpose, and Evolve. Our group sessions, employee training and development, as well as our small groups empower individuals to become knowledgeable about their mental state, increase engagement in civic activities, and utilize rhythmic movement to address depression and anxiety. Our mission is to prevent suicide and provide the support and resources needed for youth and young adults to become more resilient in order to thrive.
